國立臺灣師範大學進修推廣學院設置辦法

96.11.07本校第98次校務會議臨時會通過

第一條    本設置辦法依據本校組織規程第十一條訂定之。

第二條    本校為配合國家教育政策,適應社會發展需要,提昇教育人員水準;並提供教學研究資源,服務社會,特設置「國立臺灣師範大學進修推廣學院」(以下
                簡稱本學院)。

第三條    本學院任務如下:

               一、辦理成人、教師及行政人員之進修教育。

               二、辦理各類推廣教育。

               三、接受委託辦理在職人員進修及各類專案。

               四、國內外成人進修及推廣教育之合作事項。

第四條    本學院各類科進修研習班學生(員)進修研習期滿,經考核成績及格者,依相關法規發給結業證書、學分證明書、研習證明。

               本學院有關課程教學業務,分別商請本校各相關系、所主管兼理之。為配合課程及教學需要,得另置專任教師若干人,依規定轉任之。

第五條 本學院設下列單位:

               一、區域研發中心:掌理教師進修及教師專業發展研究等事項。

               二、企劃組:掌理各班次開辦工作及註冊、課務之企劃、協調、推動、評估等事項。

               三、招生組:專責本部平時對外文宣,並統整協助所開設之各班次招生等工作。

               四、學服組:負責櫃檯的學員報名、課程說明、接待、住宿管理及學員相關服務工作。

               五、資訊組:掌理遠距教學、行政電腦化管理、圖書管理等事項。

               六、總務組:掌理文書、事務、出納、修繕、保管等事項。

第六條    本學院置院長一人,由校長聘請教授兼任之,負責掌理院務;副院長一人,由院長薦請校長就校內具教授以上資格者兼任之,協助院長統籌院務;得置
                秘書一人,負責協調校內單位配合事宜;推廣業務得置具專業背景之經理人,由院長薦提諮詢委員會議同意後聘任,負責規劃並執行本學院業務之推
                展,相關聘任辦法另訂之。

               其餘各組人員依學校教職人員任用法及本校約用人員管理要點進用。

第七條    本學院會計及人事業務,皆依本校會計及人事規範辦理。

第八條    本學院設諮詢委員會,負責諮詢及指導本學院業務。置委員十五至廿一人,校長及各學院院長為當然委員,其餘委員由校長就校內外與業務相關人員聘
                任之。諮詢委員會由校長擔任主席,本學院院長為執行秘書,每學期舉行會議一次,必要時得召開臨時會議。諮詢委員為無給職,任期一年,期滿得續
                聘之。

第九條    本學院設院務會議,由院內全體人員組成之,院長為主席,討論教學暨行政有關之重要事項,必要時得邀請本校有關單位主管出(列)席。

第九條之一    本學院之設置及任務,應於運作滿三年後,另提校務會議檢討之。

第十條    本設置辦法經校務會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

 

NTNU Extension, School of Continuing Education Establishment Act


1. This Establishment Act of NTNU Extension, School of Continuing Education is set based on the eleventh regulation of NTNU organizational rules.
2. The NTNU Extension, School of Continuing Education (SCE) is established for several purposes, including cooperating with government's education policy, meeting the need of social development, improving the quality of education personnel, and contributing to the society by offering teaching and research resources.
3. Job Description:
-To offer continuing education of adults, teachers, and staff.
-To offer various continuing education.
-To host projects of continuing education of in-service staff.
-To host projects of international cooperation for continuing education of adults.
4. Each student/trainee will receive a graduation certificate if he/she has filled all the requirements for the graduation criteria in the training program. The professors of NTNU will be invited to design curriculum. If it is needed, the specific teachers could be employed.
5. Departments:
-Regional Research Center: To handle the issues of continuing education for teachers and professional research development.
-Planning Section: To handle the issues of curriculum, registration, management, coordination, propagation, and evaluation.
-Admission Section: To handle the issues of propaganda and admissions.
-Student Service Section: To handle the issues of check-in at the counter, curriculum explanation, reception, the management of accommodation and student service.
-Information Technology Section: To handle the issues of distance learning, computerized administrative management, book management.
-General Affairs Section: To handle the issues of documents, general affairs, cashier, and repairs.
6. The Dean of SCE is designated by the President to be in charge of the administration. The Associate Dean is recommended by the Dean for assistance. The Secretary is responsible for coordination of all sections. The Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of the administration development in SCE. The other staff is employed based upon NTNU Teaching Staff Employment Act and Contract Employee Act.
7. The SCE business of accounting and personnel should be handled based upon NTNU related regulations.
8. The Advisory Committee is set up to be in charge of the advisory business. The committee consists of fifteen to twenty-one members, which are the President, the Dean of Schools in NTNU, and the professionals. The general meeting will be held once in a semester, hosted by the President as the Chairman and the Dean of SCE as the Executive Secretary. An impromptu meeting could be held if necessary. The committee member is a position without remuneration, besides, the term of office is one year, and the renewed employment is accepted once the term fulfills.
9. The general meeting in SCE will be hosted by the Dean with the faculty attending to discuss and evaluate the administrative execution.
9.1 The establishment and operation of SCE will be evaluated in NTNU meeting after three years.
10. This Establishment Act becomes valid after being approved by NTNU meeting, the same as revision.
